PhoneImage Cash Club Membership Agreement v1.0
  1. This is an agreement between PhoneImage, i.e. the operators of the PhoneImage Cash Club and PhoneImage website, and the PhoneImage Cash Club member, referred to as "the member".
  2. By becoming a member of the PhoneImage Cash Club, the member acknowledges that they agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. PhoneImage reserves all rights not explicitly declared within this agreement.
  3. Member understands that they are not an employee, consultant, contractor, or representative of PhoneImage in any way. They are an independent entity, person, or organization choosing to promote the PhoneImage website.
  4. Member agrees not to undertake in any fraudulent activity in an attempt to defraud PhoneImage Such fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to, falsifying clicks on the PhoneImage website, falsifying sales, creating a false impression around what content or service the PhoneImage site and pictures promoted provides, or placing misleading information near a PhoneImage promotion in attempt to generate unwarranted PhoneImage sales.
  5. Member agrees not to place any PhoneImage promotion on a page or site that includes content that is adult in nature.
  6. Member agrees to place PhoneImage promotion on a website containing useful information and not to place banner on a "banner farm" or other page designed solely to generate clicks on banners.
  7. PhoneImage reserves the right to change any pricing or commission at any time. Previously credited clicks and sales will not be effected.
  8. PhoneImage reserves that right to cancel any membership and withhold payment to any member if PhoneImage suspects any fraudulent activity contributed towards the required payment.
  9. PhoneImage is not responsible for any damage, lost income, or any other problems that may result from commissioned sales or PhoneImage promotions placed on a website. Member assumes all responsibility for results of their membership in the PhoneImage Cash Club.
  10. PhoneImage does not take any responsibility for damage, lost income or any other problems arising from lack of service availability of the PhoneImage web site or related services. PhoneImage has only occational supervision of the service, web site and support email.
  11. PhoneImage agrees to make its best effort to issue PayPal payments within 10 working days from reception of a valid request of out-payment. Minimum member accounts has a balance must be greater than $10, and the request must be sent by email to support@phoneimage.com and include the full mobile number of the member, for the request of out-payment to be valid.
  12. Member agrees that PhoneImage will only do out-payment by PayPal, and only to the email address registered with the PhoneImage user account.
  13. Direction to a PhoneImage promotion via UseNet newsgroup "spam" or e-mail "spam" is expressly forbidden.
  14. Member agrees that PhoneImage can not verify the legal country of the Member, and the Member therefore guarantees that if you live outside the United States, there are no local laws of your country, that have relevance to this agreement, making any part of the agreement illegal, not valid or making PhoneImage Upload Promotion Club or it’s owners responsible for additional fees, or risk of court charges.
  15. Termination of this Agreement is at will, and may be effected by either party.
